sarGraphs is a open source project written in PHP and Bash. The PHP library used to generate the graphs is pChart, also a open source project. Using the exisiting sysstat data, sarGraphs is able to generate graphs as seen below:

Being an open sourced project, sarGraphs can be download and modified freely by terms of the GPLv2.
